Prices

All prices stated on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST (if applicable)

Coffee Max reserves the rights to change the product prices and delivery charges at any time.

Delivery Standards

Our aim is to dispatch your order the following business day from when your order is received. Australia Post estimate that parcels will be delivered between 2 – 5 business days from dispatch. WA & NT customers should allow an additional day allowance.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Should your order be damaged or is faulty at the time of delivery, please email [email protected]  at the time of receipt with a photo of the damaged goods. We will replace these items free of charge. If the product is no longer available and we cannot provide a suitable replacement, we will provide a refund for your order.

We will provide a full refund for equipment only that has been unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for coffee orders that are a change of mind as it is a fresh and perishable product.

Indemnification

You indemnify Coffee Max and its related entities and each of their directors, officers and employees; against any actions, claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses which any of the indemnified incur directly or indirectly arising from your use of the website or any breach of these terms and conditions.

Security of information

Coffee Max has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is stored, used and protected in a secure way. We are not responsible for any attempting hacking and if successful are not responsible for the security of that data that is out of our control. You transmit data through our website at your own risk. Rest assured that payment information will never be stored on our website.
